Nowadays, coffee has become popular not only as a drink but also as lifestyle. There are many tips how to make a good coffee. Matt Nikkel, a coffee aficionado shares his tips to make exellent coffee starts with basics. He has some key elements to a great cup of coffee that will makes us to become a good coffee lover:

  1. Always use cold and fresh water. The fact is that great coffee beans and run well water just not ebough. What we notice is that a cup of coffee is composed of about 98.5 percent water so great water will be great for coffee.
  2. Use only fresh and high-quality beans which is 14 days long after they’re roasted. Don`t worry if we have to pay more for fresh beans. It`s valuable.
  3. Good grinder. It is ideal to have a grinder that is very consistent in its grinding ability.
  4. When boiling water, make sure it`s come with correct temperature. The reason is to extract the best taste from your ground coffee, the water needs to be hot. Make it in between 194 F and 204 F. Many home coffee brewers about 30 degrees too cool.

Some people said real coffee lover should drink coffee just as it. No whitening or even sweetening because they can influence the basic taste of coffee. Some people think that adding another condiment is just pollution with cream as pollutant no 1.
