Michael Phelps drinks two cup of coffee, Usain Bolt eats nuggets

Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt has just made incredible achieved in their careers. In Olympic Beijing 2008, they break some world record. For us, what they ate is matters which make nutritionist turn green. They have different style of daily eating. Phelps even drank two cup of coffee between his scheduled daily menu.
Michael Phelps, who hold a record breaking eight gold medals in the pool at Olympic Beijing 2008, ate a staggering 12,000 calories per day. And that’s 10,000 more calories than average man recommended. In breakfast`s consumption Phelp ate Three fried egg sandwiches topped with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, fried onions and mayonnaise, an omelette made with five eggs, three chocolate-chip pancakes, three slices of French toast dusted with sugar, a bowl of grits, and…two cups of coffee. So, coffee isn`t always bad.
Meanwhile, Usain Bolt even more shocking us. Bolt said that “I never have breakfast,”. The man`s 100 metres gold medal holder revealed what he ate for breakfast.
The champion of men’s 100m final at the Beijing Olympics 2008 with incredible breaking world record time of 9.68 said before going on to reveal his usual routine consists of waking up around 11am, watching TV, eating nuggets, going back to sleep for a few hours, eating some more nuggets and then going to the track.
