Consumers now have their own way to discover the best coffee they want. This possible because of Starbucks Clover® Brewing System. They only delivered the coffee to starbucks location with Clover® each week to make sure the best freshness and flavor. They available in limited time only.
No doubt that this coffee machine is the hottest coffee maker in the world. According to Guardian, The Clover, a small stainless-steel brewed coffee maker, costs almost £6,000. It works using a piston and vacuum power, and allows coffee snobs to micro-manage the temperature, the brewing time, and the volume of water to produce one perfect cup at a time. It’s mostly hand-built by a team of engineers in Seattle and even connects to the internet to share brewing recipes. “You have to try it to believe it,” says Kim. “It really extracts the flavour and makes it so much smoother. All the nuances come out.”
So far, the first Starbucks® Small Batch Coffees are:
• Costa Rica Agrivid
• El Salvador Pacamara
• Tanzania Blackburn Estate
• Zambia Kasama

I saw some coffee machines when I was in Starbucks yesterday…it’s amazing what is available these days for those who want an at-home brewing system! Lavazza also has a couple single-serving systems - Espresso Point and Lavazza Blue.

I am trying to compile a comprehensive list of locations that have Clover machine in place and collect as many recipes as possible. All the data is for public use, just to keep the Clover community going. I started with locations and have quite a few now. Would be great if someone could share recipes as well at http://www.beclover.com
